Yoga Club: FREE student led practice in the Fit Center MPR:

Noon-1pm: Pilates w/Theresa. Fitness MPR. FREE! Starts 09/5

Noon-1pm: The total strength and flexibility workout with Vassar Asst. Rowing Coach Brie Farley. FREE! ALL LEVELS. Walker Boxing Room. Starts 9/12.

Noon–1pm - ADULT TENNIS CLINICS with Ki Kroll, the Head Men’s Tennis Coach. This class is designed for the Beginner & Adv. Beginner who is interested in improving their technique and improve their ability to rally. Class will start the week of Sept. 3rd, for 10 weeks held indoor at the Walker Field House on Bay 5. Late comers are welcome. The cost is $120 for the ten classes on Wednesdays. Hurry before it fills up. Please note this is not a program for juniors. To register contact Ki at kikroll@vassar.edu Starts on Sept. 5th.

6-7pm: Qigong w/Cherie. All levels welcome. Fitness MPR.  $30 for 10 weeks. Starts 09/12. 

7-8:30pm: Tai Chi w/Cherie. All levels welcome. Fitness MPR. $40 for 10 weeks. Starts 09/12

7:30-10pm: Table tennis. All levels. Bay 4 Walker. FREE! Starts 09/5
